Here is some basic information about our 2019-2020 companies to get you started.  If you have detailed information regarding specific company policies, please contact us to set up a meeting

ABOUT THE COMPANIES:

Premiere Company: This is a training company for less experienced dancers, or dancers who want less of a rehearsal commitment.  There is no "ability level" requirement. Novice to Advanced dancers are welcome.

Premiere Company will be cast in a maximum of 2 dances, will rehearse 2-3 hours per week depending on ability level (in addition to regular classes) and will commit to 1-2 Saturdays per month for rehearsals, performances, competitions or master classes.

Premiere Company will compete at all four regional competitions, 1 national competition, and one convention.

Premiere Company members are allowed one solo, duet or trio and only in their second year of competition experience.  Company directors retain the right to use duets and trios as part of casting to be included in the member's monthly fees, but may require lessons to be set up outside of company rehearsal time.

Premiere Company members will be required to take Ballet, Technique, Tumbling along with Tap and Jazz Styles. We recommend dancers take class in the genres in which they are competing in. Depending on age and ability, some premiere members may be asked to take other classes.
