The competitive dance world can sometimes be a high stress environment and take a toll on a dancer's confidence and self worth. Our company focuses on building the member's pride in themselves and their abilities by lifting up what is good in every member, instead of focusing on the "bad". While we provide excellent instruction in technical elements and provide constructive criticism, we believe this can be done in a positive manner, instead of the way it is portrayed on reality TV.
The fact of the matter is, we believe dancers should be transparent, vulnerable, and fearless. Dancers are only able to achieve those skills when they are loved, supported, and built up.
